First note and write down all problems, read dtcs aswell.

Then go to portal stgfiles.com and left side pop up open file history, now click open car which has problems.

Theres a box ask support from engineer, write problem there and related dtcs you now have.

Send file in, engineer will go through file and possibly fix if issue found or atleast can remove pointless dtcs for you, even sometimes send v2 version of your file for testing.

Remember adblue needs reset on ori, dpf need to be reseted on ori aswell, same for nox sensor.
